I’m currently a senior at Kadena High School in Okinawa, Japan. Before moving to Japan, I lived in a small military base in the southern tip of Spain for 17 years. I have been accepted at Boston University for the Class of 2021 and will begin studying there in the fall of 2017. I plan on pursuing an accerlerated Computer Science master’s during my time there.
Things I’m proud of

1000 Volunteer hours with Diverbo
Since I was 12, I have volunteered with a company called Diverbo where I helped spanish teenagers improve their english skills in immersive environments.
Getting accepted into my top choice of university
I seriously care about my education. My parents have always guided me towards getting the best education I can get. That’s why getting accepted to study Computer Science at Boston University is like a dream come true to me.
Acting as captain of an EFSL swim team
Being in the water is like second nature to me. From the moment my parents first threw me into the pool, I fell in love. For 10 years, I have put every ounce of extra energy into being a successful swimmer. For 2 years of my swim career, I was captain of the team itself. This has taught me valuable leadership skills that I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.
